Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: Lalitpur, Nepal

Working Hours: Flexible (7 hours per day)

We are looking for a talented and driven AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Generative AI & RAG: Design, implement, and optimize Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for real-world applications.
Deep Learning: Develop, train, and fine-tune deep learning models for diverse AI tasks such as NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
Version Control: Collaborate with the team using Git and other version control tools to ensure clean and efficient code management.
Python Development: Write efficient, modular, and scalable code in Python for AI and ML applications.
DevOps: Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML solutions in production using CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML and suggest innovative approaches to enhance the organization’s technical capabilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI frameworks like GPT, Llama, or similar models.
Proficiency in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
In-depth understanding of Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Fluency in Python programming and related libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
