Good knowledge of agriculture sector and possibility of produce in various regions of Nepal
Research and development of agriculture products
Travelling and project implementation within Nepal
Should be able to carry on research, it may be even include some field visits
Should have been involved in research activities in the past
Be self-motivated and adaptable to different cultures and people
Good knowledge on modern gardening and organic farming
Good knowledge of plants, must be organised and able to follow schedule

Soil cultivation, digging, forking, mulching, watering, raking, weeding, edging, pruning, seed sowing, bed preparation and planting
Report equipment malfunctions to engineering as and when noticed
Plant and transplant flowers, shrubs, trees and lawns
Maintain gardens by naturally fertilizing, trimming and making sure that plants are receiving adequate water
To keep the fields, thoroughfares and footpaths clear and free from litter at all times
Tiding up and cleaning the area
