Roles and responsibilities of this job

Agency Finance Team Manager leads two mission-critical functions – recording, reporting and analyzing our insurance related transactions and disbursing commission to our salespeople.

What will you do:

Ensure reconciliation of bank accounts, commission statements and agency management system
Report insurance transactions in compliance with US GAAP
Lead data audits
Mergers and acquisitions reconciliations
Support investor, management and board level reporting with reports and commentary on monthly basis
Drive cross functional initiatives, which require influence, communication, and interpersonal soft skills
Hire and train new resources to perform transactions, create reports and perform tasks as per need
Coordinate with carrier partners to collect commission statements
Premium trust accounting
Managing Associates and Senior Associates to ensure timely delivery of work and work distribution
