Job Description

Reports To: Agency Director, Head Office

His/her main responsibility is to collaborate with Agency Director or delegate for smooth agency office management.

Main Responsibilities:

To ensure the smooth operation of the office by following company’s standards and procedures for effective, disciplined, and consistent performance.
To help draw a strategy to achieve targets for production, manpower, business quality, and other goals,
To ensure smooth implementation of daily/weekly/monthly activities per agreed agency management practices to achieve the agreed target.
To provide continuous feedback for improvement.
To lead and motivate the sales force by removing real or assumed barriers to achieve the target.
To direct, develop, and coach agency/unit managers to recruit and build a professional agent sales force by demonstrating the best practices.
To challenge agency/unit managers & field representatives to outperform their targets by persistently following sales process and professional behavior.
To collaborate with other functions to establish synergy for maximization in line with the overall goals of the company.
To ensure quality and reliable service to our customers both before & after sales.
To ensure MIS related to the Agency is up to date and reported on time.
