Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (minimum of 6 months)
Lightroom specific experience – working with ambient and flash exposures, color and white balancing
Photoshop specific experience – manual blending of layers, window pulls, object and flash shadow removal
Preferred Experience in real-estate photography editing in Interior photos and Exterior photos and aerials
Experience delivering a high volume of high-quality work (e.g. 50 photos per shift)
Able to receive feedback on quality and volume performance, and adjust behaviors accordingly
Understanding what makes a great photo and having a good eye for detail
Passionate about producing good quality work consistently
Able to work to targets and deadlines
Fluent in English, written and verbal as all office communication will be in English
