SisuCare Education is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Admissions Specialist to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Admission Team and potential students interested in enrolling in our Certified Nursing Assistant training program. This position requires the skills and ability to make targeted phone calls to interested students each day, in addition to email and texting.

Responsibilities:

Support the Admission team on all aspects of student enrollment
Responsible for calling, emailing, and texting potential students
Address all inbound student inquiry calls
Accurately document all student and applicant communications
Work closely with the marketing team to identify urgent enrollment needs
Create and manage outreach strategies to connect with students. This includes creating email and text campaigns
Development of reports

Note: This is a night shift position, ideal for candidates working outside traditional business hours.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years relevant experience
Fluent/native-level English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Must be able to work PST hours (Nepal night shift)
Reliable internet, power backup, and a quiet workspace are mandatory

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST (Nepalese night shift)
