Skyline Higher Education Australia (SHEA) is seeking an organised and service-focused Admissions Officer to manage the admissions and enrolment processes for international students.

About the Role

To administer the admissions and enrolment processes for courses offered by Skyline Higher Education (SHEA), while delivering a high standard of customer service and providing prompt assistance to applicants, staff and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience working and a strong understanding of the Nepalese education market. As this role involves direct engagement with prospective students and agents in Nepal, the candidate must also be based in Nepal and possess strong cultural and contextual awareness.

Key Responsibilities : 

• Manage the admissions process for both offshore and onshore applicants, ensuring all applications are processed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Coordinate case management for individual applicants, addressing any specific needs or challenges throughout the process.
• Work closely with academic staff, sales and marketing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration regarding applicant information and enrolment requirements.
• Provide high-level customer service, offering timely and accurate information to prospective students, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in the admissions process, developing strategies to enhance efficiency and applicant satisfaction.
• Understand and apply the Higher Education Standards Framework and the ESOS legislative framework, including the National Code and related regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all admissions and enrolment activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of applicant data, processing statuses, and enrolment statistics, ensuring data integrity across all platforms and systems
• Support the achievement of SHEA’s enrolment targets by ensuring the timely and effective processing of applications and making sure that deadlines are met.

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant qualifications in a related discipline.
• Proven 5 Years experience in admissions and enrolment process, ideally within the higher education sector.
• Strong understanding of Australian higher education admission standards and requirements.
• Strong Understanding of Australian student visa application requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to work effectively across teams.
