𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelors Degree

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum 1 year in the related field

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Dillibazar, Kathmandu

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time [Sun- Fri, 9:30- 5:30pm]

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

As an Application Officer for Australia, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of student and visa applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Assist clients in preparing and submitting applications for Australian universities, colleges, and visa processes.
Review and verify documents to ensure compliance with Australian immigration and educational requirements.
Maintain updated knowledge of Australian education and visa policies, including regulations set by the Department of Home Affairs.
Communicate effectively with universities, colleges, and other stakeholders to follow up on application statuses.
Provide guidance and support to student regarding their eligibility, documentation, and timelines.
Ensure timely updates of application statuses in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with counselors and other team members to provide exceptional service to students.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Business, Management, or related areas).
Minimum 1 year of experience in application processing, preferably for Australia.
Strong understanding of Australian education systems, visa policies, and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
