Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated Course Counselor to guide students in selecting suitable academic and skill-based programs and support them through the inquiry and admission process across various courses, including BHM, Diploma in Culinary Arts, BIT/BBA/MBA, short-term skill programs, and +2 level education.

Responsibilities:

Counsel students on courses, career options, and suitable academic pathways.
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and support the admission process.
Assist applicants with documentation and enrollment procedures.
Maintain student records and update databases.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth processing.
Represent ACA-MIT in outreach activities and events.
Work towards achieving admission targets.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Management, Education, or related field
Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to guide students effectively
Pleasant personality with interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of academic programs
Computer literacy

Salary: NPR 25,000 – 50,000 + Incentives
