Job Description

Counselling the student, guardians and visitor related with relevant programme selection and career planning
Provide information to students related with their topics such as programs, admissions requirement, and fee structure and scholarship opportunities and offer them for a college tour
Use student management software and maintain a database of administrative reports, courses and students
Is expected to deal with student queries and find necessary solutions
Should be responsible for info E-mail enquiries, Live Chat, Facebook enquiries and Online Application
Should conduct student satisfaction survey
Must lead the Admissions Department
