Job Description

  • Counselling the student, guardians and visitor related with relevant programme selection and career planning
  • Provide information to students related with their topics such as programs, admissions requirement, and fee structure and scholarship opportunities and offer them for a college tour
  • Use student management software and maintain a database of administrative reports, courses and students
  • Is expected to deal with student queries and find necessary solutions
  • Should be responsible for info E-mail enquiries, Live Chat, Facebook enquiries and Online Application
  • Should conduct student satisfaction survey
  • Must lead the Admissions Department
