Job Description

Study First is looking forward to smart and capable candidates to fill the position of Admission / Documentation Officer - Australia. Experienced candidates will be prioritized, but freshers with good communication and dedication skills are also encouraged to apply. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist students in completing their admission and documentation process for studying abroad.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions via phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate with universities and colleges to obtain the required documents and information for the admission process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of students' documents and applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest immigration and education laws and regulations.
  • Provide information and guidance to students regarding admission requirements, program options, and visa processes.
  • Prepare admission and visa application forms and ensure their timely submission.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the consultancy.
