Job Description

  • Closely work with branches, partner agencies and counselors to Offer application and GS applications.
  • Maintaining cordial relationships with branches and partners and following the current compliance process, which includes quality checks.
  • Overseeing all correspondence about inquiries and admissions, as well as informing pertinent team members within the business.
  • Regularly follow up with Universities for the Application outcomes and quickly updating current information to the respected stakeholders promptly.
  • Communicating and working together to coordinate application requirements with branches, partners and counselors.
  • Strengthening the admission team of branches and agencies by participating in training and seminars with representatives from education providers.
  • Upload Offers/Documents/Decisions on CRM with accuracy on time and update status to branches/agencies.
  • Prepare and send MIS/ Reports in prescribed formats coordinating with the related stakeholders under the guidance of the Admission Manager.
  • Reporting trends, updates, and offer/GS application finance data to the Admission Manager.
  • Ensure and establish regular communication with the branches, agents, and clients through email and phone calls.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Other Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in admission or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
