Job Description

Accessing offer applications for Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand from in-house and partner agencies.
Responding to the partners and counselor's queries regarding offer applications for Australia and Canada.
Managing all inquiry and admissions related correspondence, and communicating information to relevant staff in the organization.
Reporting admission manager in Australia regarding the offer application reports, trends, updates.
Coordinating with clients and communicating with the Clients, Counselors and Partners for documentation needs.
Ensuring smooth offer application process through communication of documentation needs, updating recent updates from the education providers in a timely manner.
Complying with the existing compliance mechanism for through quality checks, and Maintaining cordial relationships with partners and branches.
Attending Training and seminars for Australia and Canada with the representatives and empowering
Admission team of branches and franchises.
Attending any additional job that has been outlined
Enter and maintain clients’ information in CRM system
Any other tasks the management will allocate to you time to time
