Grace International Group is seeking an entry-level Admission Officer to join our Education Consultancy team. As an Admission Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their academic goals by guiding them through the admission process. You will be responsible for managing the admission process for various educational institutions and ensuring that all necessary documents and requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for completing the admission application process for different educational institutions and coordinating with branches
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about admission requirements, deadlines, and procedures
• Evaluate and review student applications to ensure they meet the admission criteria of the respective educational institutions
• Stay updated with the latest updates and changes in the admission criteria to provide the best support
• Maintain student records and ensure the confidentiality of all information
• Communicate with branches to address any concerns or questions related to the admission process
• Keep track of admission statistics and provide regular reports to management.
• Manage Data regarding the invoices and RCITS of branches

• Make sure that all the entries are made in the system of the organization to keep record of all the accounting transactions.
