Job Description

We are looking for A proactive and detail-oriented Admission Officer to oversee the student admission process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle inquiries professionally, and a deep understanding of admission procedures. The role requires an individual who can provide excellent support to students and parents while ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain about the school: Articulate a comprehensive understanding of our school's mission, vision, and educational philosophy to prospective families.
  • Explain the various programs run by the school and help parents choose the right one for them and their kids.
  • Present detailed information about the different academic programs offered, including early childhood education, primary education, secondary education, advanced placement, international baccalaureate, and special education.
  • Explain the school's values, culture, and facilities. Communicate the core values and cultural ethos of our school, emphasizing aspects such as respect, integrity, diversity, and community.
  • Parents counseling: Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to help parents select the most suitable program aligned with their child's requirements and goals.
  • Admission counseling: Assist families in completing application forms, collecting necessary documents, and scheduling admission assessments or interviews.
  • Offer insights into our school's admission criteria, academic standards, and extracurricular opportunities to help families make informed decisions.
