Job Description

  • Work in coordination with other Grace International’s team members in Melbourne and Sydney to ensure the documents of students are legitimate and are arranged in necessary order
  • Deal with Australian universities/ colleges for admission process of our students              
  • Managing applications and student documentation, creating physical files, and entering new/updated data on the system
  • Provide assistance with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions
  • Follow-up with students for any enquiries through phone calls and emails
  • Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms
  • Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required
