Admission Officer

The Admission Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end admission process, from student inquiry to enrollment. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to guide prospective students and parents through course offerings, admission requirements, and institutional values. The role also involves close collaboration with the marketing and academic teams to achieve student intake targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
• Conduct campus tours, orientation sessions, and presentations to promote IEC programs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate and participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Support in executing admission campaigns and outreach activities in coordination with the marketing team.
• Ensure timely processing of applications, document verification, and admission confirmations.
• Prepare periodic reports on inquiry status, admissions progress, and conversion metrics.
• Maintain strong communication with enrolled students until the commencement of classes.
• Assist in developing and updating admission-related materials and documentation.
