Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Admission/Documentation Officer will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process for educational institutions abroad. This role requires the candidate to manage documentation, coordinate with universities, and ensure compliance with visa requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling:

Guide students on suitable study programs and universities based on their qualifications, preferences, and goals.
Explain admission procedures and visa application processes.

2. Documentation Management:

Review and verify student documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and process admission and visa application documents.
Assist students in drafting letters, statements of purpose (SOP), and other required documents.

3. Coordination:

Communicate with partner universities and colleges to facilitate the admission process.
Follow up on application statuses and provide timely updates to students.

4. Compliance and Record-Keeping:

Ensure all applications comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Maintain detailed records of student applications and communications.

5. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
