IEC School of Art & Fashion is one of Nepal’s leading creative institutions, committed to nurturing talent in art, design, and fashion. We are seeking a highly professional, persuasive, and strategic Admission Counselor who can represent our brand with confidence and convert aspiring creatives into enrolled students.

As an Admission Counselor, you will serve as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for IEC. You will guide students and parents through an informed decision-making process while maintaining high conversion standards and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert qualified leads through structured counseling sessions.
Provide in-depth guidance on programs, career pathways, industry relevance, fees, and scholarships.
Deliver impactful campus tours, presentations, and orientations.
Maintain structured follow-up systems to ensure high inquiry-to-admission conversion.
Maintain accurate CRM records and generate performance reports.
Coordinate with marketing for targeted campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Represent IEC at fairs, school visits, exhibitions, and networking events.
Ensure smooth documentation, verification, and admission confirmation processes.
Build long-term relationships with prospective and newly admitted students.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related discipline.
2–5 years of proven experience in admissions, counseling, or client-facing conversion roles.
Strong command of English and Nepali (written and spoken).
Highly presentable, persuasive, and relationship-oriented personality.
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems.
Ability to meet and exceed admission targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
