Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our dynamic team at The British College. As an Admission Counselor, you will play a vital role in recruiting and enrolling students into our prestigious academic programs. You will be the first point of contact for many prospective students and their families, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the admissions process.

Responsibilities:

Guide prospective students through the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
Handle and process student applications, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
Maintain up-to-date records of inquiries, applications, and follow-ups using the college's CRM or admissions system.
Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing accurate information about programs and admissions requirements.
Manage phone calls and email inquiries, delivering prompt and helpful responses.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate student onboarding and orientation.
Participate in recruitment events such as education fairs, school visits, open houses, and webinars.
Ensure all interactions reflect the values and brand of The British College.
