Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our dynamic team at The Westminster College (sister company of The British College). As an Admission Counselor, you will play a vital role in recruiting and enrolling students into our prestigious academic programs. You will be the first point of contact for many prospective students and their families, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the admissions process.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide prospective students through the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Handle and process student applications, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of inquiries, applications, and follow-ups using the college's CRM or admissions system.
  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing accurate information about programs and admissions requirements.
  • Manage phone calls and email inquiries, delivering prompt and helpful responses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate student onboarding and orientation.
  • Participate in recruitment events such as education fairs, school visits, open houses, and webinars.
  • Ensure all interactions reflect the values and brand of The British College.
