About the job

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive with strong counseling skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating leads and booking trial classes through effective communication and persuasion. This position demands a focused individual who thrives in a high-pressure environment, with a clear understanding of telecalling, counseling, and target-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and use counseling techniques to understand their needs, explain the value of our products, and book them for trial classes.
You will own hard daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions. Consistently meet or exceed a minimum of 120 calls per day to ensure targets are achieved.
Build rapport with prospects, maintain follow-up schedules, and guide them towards attending trial classes.
Understand the needs of potential customers, address their concerns, and provide personalized solutions to encourage trial class attendance.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system with key information after each call.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in an educational or service-oriented sector.
Strong counseling skills with the ability to understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.
Experience in target-driven roles with a track record of achieving or exceeding performance metrics.
Ability to handle rejection positively and remain focused on the target.
Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency.
Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
