IEC College of Art & Fashion is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process and providing information about our programs and services.

• Mandikatar, Kathmandu, Nepal – (Fashion Campus & Interior Campus) – 2 Nos.
• Lokanthali, Bhaktapur, Nepal – 1 No.
• Dillibazar, Kathmandu, Nepal – 1 No.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective students with the admission process, including application procedures and program information.
• Conduct informational sessions, tours, and open houses.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up with prospective students.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to attract and retain students.
• Participate in college fairs and recruitment events.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a related area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with the art and fashion industry is a plus.
