Job Description

IEC School of Art and Fashion is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process and providing information about our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist prospective students with the admission process, including application procedures and program information.
Conduct informational sessions, tours, and open houses.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up with prospective students.
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to attract and retain students.
Participate in college fairs and recruitment events.
Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families.
