Job Description:

Euro School is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process and providing information about our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective parents with the admission process, including application procedures and program information.
• Conduct informational sessions, tours, and open houses.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up with prospective parents.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to attract and retain students.
• Participate in school fairs and events.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective parents and their families.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a related area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with the education industry is a plus.
