Job Description

Administrative management
Inventory and stock management
Knowledge in accounting software
Co-ordinate with bank for Letter of Credit and Delivery Order
Co-ordinate with suppliers for required documents to generated Letter of Credit
Ensure timely submission of documents by suppliers to Bank
Co-ordinate for LC amendment, DO amendment
Regular follow up with suppliers, dealers to ensure timely execution of works
Negotiating with transportation companies about rates or service levels; he may prepare documents, or he may review invoices and customs documents
Need to look into and resolve issues with suppliers, customers, transportation companies or employees
