Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Performing research to identify potential suppliers and evaluating their qualifications
Preparing purchase orders and contracts for approval by supervisors or attorneys
Negotiating price changes with suppliers when costs fluctuate significantly
Keeping records of orders placed and shipments received, updating inventory levels based on these records
Coordinating with other departments within a company for the purchase of specialized materials or equipment
Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Updating office policies and procedures
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Preparing memos, invoices letters, and other documents
Accurately recording store and inventories
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as required
Inventory Management
Handling site personnel and their request properly

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Good negotiation skill
Male Preferred (to Balance gender work force of our office)
Should have two-wheeler
BBA/BBS (fresher preferred)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
