Together with the Government of Nepal (GoN), civil society, and the private sector, FHI 360 works collaboratively in the areas of HIV, family planning (FP)/reproductive health (RH), health security, antimicrobial resistance, nutrition, COVID-19 response, procurement, and supply chain management, local capacity strengthening, civil society and media strengthening, governance reform and the environment and climate change.

Administrative Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination with government counterparts for training, orientation, workshops
  • Support in training planning, organizing, facilitation and settlement of training expenses.
  • Documentation of program activities which includes note taking, report writing and compiling the information.
  • Support to prepare terms of reference (ToR)/Scope of Work (SoW), memos, letters, and other documents as per the requirements of the program and other support functions.
  • Support technical monitor to SoW, hiring of consultant/s.
  • Coordinate with consultants and support in preparing travel related documents. 
  • Track consultants time sheet and trip report and follow for timely submission and obtain approval of technical monitor before forwarding to human resource (HR) for the payment process.  
  • Support to organize trainings and coordinate for logistics arrangement.
  • Facilitate/draft the event (workshop/training) reports and ensure timely settlement of the event expense or program advance.
  • Support as required for program management support tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, public health or relevant subject.
  • Experience in program management  and administrative support.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and management, and problem-solving skills.
