Job Description

  • Monitoring all the tender related to our business through paper media, online media or any other media
  • Collect and prepare the necessary documents for applying the tenders
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare the technical specification of the products
  • Apply the tender
  • Coordinate for the agreement once the tender is finalized
  • Communicate with the companies for the updates on different products
  • Collect and maintain all the brochures, catalogue and any other documents properly so that they can be made available whenever needed
  • Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information 
  • Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary
