Job Description

Nepal Police School is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Administrative Officer. The ideal candidate will work closely with the school management and staff to provide administrative support and contribute to the overall success of the institution. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing day-to-day administrative activities of the school. 
  • Managing and organizing school records, such as student records, staff records, and financial documents. 
  • Liaising with parents, staff, and students to address their queries and concerns. 
  • Coordinating with the school's finance department to manage the school's budget and expenses. 
  • Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. 
  • Creating and managing school schedules, including class schedules and events. 
  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process of new staff members. 
  • Collaborating with other school departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. 
  • Maintaining inventory and ordering necessary supplies for the school.
