Also, currently foundation is working on the hospital project which is providing health services to the many people of the Solukhumbu and Okhuldhunga district.

Job Description

1. Management and Administration

  • Act as focal point of contact and coordinate with the higher authority to ensure successful accomplishment of task
  • Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources
  • Maintain comprehensive work plan aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and donor agencies to ensure smooth workflow

2. Reporting and Proposal Writing

  • Prepare and submit monthly reports, detailing progress, challenges and achievements
  • Develop a funding proposal for different projects according to the needs
  • Proper documentation of information that are required for the projects/office

3. Website Handling

  • Maintain and update the website of an organization

4. Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Monitor the progress of project and address potential issues
  • Measure and report on project performance

5. Budgeting

  • Prepare budget plans for the project
  • Record and track the expenses

6. Vendor Sourcing

  • Find the eligible vendors to procure required materials
  • Coordinate with different vendors in order to smooth flow of goods at project site
