Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Must have knowledge about MS office, data base management, programming and web technology
Prepare budget, programmes and plan of action of the Office
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Nepali and English typing skills
Maintain and update office databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential office documents
Regular contact with clients and concerned stakeholders
Good communication skill in both English and Nepali languages
Update office policies and progress as needed
Maintain a calendar and schedule appointments of the office
Book conference and meeting rooms as required
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Correspond with various governmental and non-governmental organizations
Perform both administrative and accounting functions
Must have driving license of motorbike.
