Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Administration officer to be responsible for providing administrative support to our organisation. Their duties include organising company records, overseeing department budgets and maintaining inventory of office supplies. Administrative Officers manage the daily tasks of a company or organisation by providing administrative and clerical support. 


Some of the responisibilities include:

  • Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
  • Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  • Preparing quarterly progress reports of different projects.
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.

Applicants should:

  • Proven experience as administrative officer with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Have a good organization, time management and scheduling skills. 
  • Have basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable. 
  • Be experienced in using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets.
  • Have Strong communication skills.
  • Have ability to multitask.
  • Be able to prepare project reports
  • Be motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
  • Be residence of Gaindakot area of Nawalpur district or Bharatpur of Chitwan district.
