  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Administration, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of work experience in managing the overall general administration of NGO.
  • Experience in procurement and logistics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a multi-cultural setting.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Nepali language.
  • Self-motivation, creativity, and an ability to perform independently.
  • Competent in computer skills and knowledge.
  • Having a two-wheeler valid license is an added advantage to the position.

Job Description

  • Carry out overall administrative activities of RHF. 
  • Renew organization in Governmental agencies.
  • Work closely with RHF team to share information about program and project portfolio.
  • Update information regarding the  organization's activities on website and social media.
  • Work closely with Finance Officer and monitor the financial activities. 
  • Set up systems and procedures to ensure the safety of RHF properties including fire safety, availability of first-aid, and general safety- management.
  • Prepare annual report of the organization. 
  • Prepare minutes for every meeting.
  • Assist Executive Director in procurement and logistics.
  • Handle all official documentation to run the organization's project.
