Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Masters complete in management background
Attractive and Smart Personality
Successful work experience in office management skill will be preferred
Strong knowledge on Microsoft office packages, office procedures and accounting principles
Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
Ability to supervise and cooperate with each departments
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Both Nepali and English)
Great organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
Strong presentation skills, conflict management skills, market and product knowledge
