Production unit based at Gorkha, It was established in 1984 AD, with the aim of developing Nepal's tremendous potential. The Company has been working at Gorkha District of Nepal to strengthen the economic condition of the remote villages involving local communities in collection, cultivation and processing of Ayurveda Health products.

Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include keeping records, preparing regular reports and communication with internal staffs and clients. If you have previous experience as an Administrative Officer or similar administrative role, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate also should have working knowledge of computer applications. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.


  • Handling administrative issues related to the functioning of the office
  • Maintain filing services, documentation and archiving
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Ability to communicate fluently both written and oral in English
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Knowledge of general accounting, book keeping and inventory management is preferred
  • Professional and courteous
