Job Description

Gurukul CA is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to oversee and manage day-day operations of our administrative services. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth access to video lectures, providing support for students, and coordinating various processes relates to the CA qualification program. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Qualification, Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, education or related field ( Result waiting may be considered). 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support for online video platforms or similar systems. 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to managing accurate records. 
  • Proficiency in MS office suite ( Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations. 
  • Ensure students have seamless access to all video lectures, providing necessary support and troubleshooting. 
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions and video access reports. 
  • Liaise with students to address any queries related to video content, access issues, and system navigation. 
  • Counsel students about the entire CA qualification process, including the structure of the CA Course. 
  • Facilitate the registration of students into courses  and programs, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately. 
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes.
