Job Description

  • Supervise office & dormitories premises on regular basis in order to maintain properly.
  • Recordkeeping of all office & dormitories issues/problems and report for necessary improvements.
  • Proper inspection of all office & dormitories equipment and keep up to date.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Book meeting rooms as required.
  • Prepare needed materials for meeting and workshop.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of office cleaners and guards.
  • Help other department for arrangement of the official functions and workshops (provide logistics Support).
  • Inventory Management.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Arranging rooms for new staffs, check for the basic room status and amenities.
  • Supervising house cleaning staff and guard, sending cleaning staff's over time and leave record to HR Department.
  • Handling Work Permit and work visa Related Process.
