Fluency in English and Nepali language both written and verbal.
Knowledge of MS Office, specially Excel and Word - Please only apply if you are proficient in MS Excel. During the interview you will go through a short basic Excel and writing skills test.
We want someone who is hard working and sincere, no slackers please.
Working knowledge of Photoshop is an added advantage.

S/he will communicate with clients and handle all incoming orders, process and file them.
S/he will maintain and update the order cloud database, issue gate passes and chalans, issue orders to vendors, create invoice, packing list, maintain inventory list, and any other export documentation.
S/he will organise weekly team meetings, write and communicate the minutes.
S/he will ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office etiquette by every staff member at the office.
S/he will maintain relationships with clients, vendors and all stakeholders.
S/he will maintain attendance register and keep all the paperwork up to date.
S/he will handle the front desk and all calls, incoming mail and visitors.
S/he will help organise office events, and coordinate with concerned department to handle all the logistics of events.
