• S/he will communicate with clients on a daily basis and act as a liaison between the production and design team, and the customer
• S/he will communicate with prospective customers in a timely manner, providing them with all the information they need, design support, and sampling support, also doing timely follow ups, basically whatever it takes to secure the new account
• S/he will ensure all sampling is done in compliance with the company’s standards as well as the clients’ specific requirements
• When clients visit s/he will be responsible for preparing the samples and designs to be shown, create meeting agenda, welcoming them, accompanying them to factory visits, and taking note of all their preferences, sampling and order requirements
• S/he will maintain relationships with vendors and all other stakeholders
• S/he will work out quarterly marketing strategy and implement the plan accordingly
• S/he will create and release periodic Digital Media Content like Social Media posts, Newsletters
• S/he will work on hiring a Design intern each Summer and work with him/her on creating the next year’s Spring Collection
• S/he will constantly scout for other sources of design like freelance designers and artists, and online resources like Behance, Instagram, etc, to regularly come up with new designs and create samples
