Pathfinder Nepal Tours and Travels, a premium travel service provider, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant. The ideal opportunity for freshers or candidates with limited work experience who are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in clients and respond to inquiries (in-person, phone, email, and social media)
Follow up with clients on tours, ticketing, and related services
Maintain communication records and customer database
Manage social media accounts and post updates as needed
Assist in lead collection and database management
Coordinate with clients and suppliers for smooth operations
Perform bank deposits and basic financial errands
General administrative and office support duties

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of social media handling
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
