Pathfinder Nepal Tours and Travels, a premium travel service provider, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Administrative AssistantThe ideal opportunity for freshers or candidates with limited work experience who are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in clients and respond to inquiries (in-person, phone, email, and social media)
  • Follow up with clients on tours, ticketing, and related services
  • Maintain communication records and customer database
  • Manage social media accounts and post updates as needed
  • Assist in lead collection and database management
  • Coordinate with clients and suppliers for smooth operations
  • Perform bank deposits and basic financial errands
  • General administrative and office support duties
