Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Kathmandu. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for execution of all Nepal Govt. industry dept. related liaison work of the company and its clients as well, maintaining excellent rapport and coordination with Govt. Officials, DOI, Weights & Measurements, NS etc.

Essential Duties (But not limited to):

  • Liaison with Govt. Officials for regularity compliance and other industry related jobs.
  • Documentation for Company Registration, Trade Marks, IEA Reports & other related jobs.
  • Facilitating our clients for company registration & IEA Reports as & when required.
  • Assist clients to resolve issues with DOI etc.
  • Regular follow up with our clients for speedy company registration and other regulatory affairs jobs.
  • Preparing necessary drafts for our clients as & when required.
  • Tracking down client’s company registration progress report.
  • Others misc. liaison jobs.

Key Skills & Competencies.

  • Management graduate from a recognized university.
  • Min 2-3 years’ experience in Govt. liaison jobs.
  • Good working knowledge of administrative jobs.
  • Good English and Nepali Typing skills.
  • Good drafting skills in Nepali.
  • Flexible to take up odd jobs as & when required.
  • Must have two wheelers.
