    Job Description

    Job Title : Administrative Assistant
    Location : Kathmandu
    Line Manager : Finance & HR Manager
    Reports to : Finance & HR Manager, Finance & Admin Officer
    Offered Salary : Nrs. 28,000 Monthly Gross

    • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
    • Maintains confidentiality of organizational and personnel-related information.
    • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
    • Maintain the records, reports, and filing.
    • Respond to official calls.
    • Must know about MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint programs.
    • Maintain a calendar and schedule appointments of the staff including field staff.
    • Book conference and meeting rooms as required for official programs.
    •  Visit banks, CIT, SSF, and Tax Inland Revenue Department as necessary.
    • Support procurement with the coordination of the Finance Officer and team.
    • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails)
    • Perform admin-related tasks of the organization.
    • Coordinate with different departments for any kind of assistance as needed.
    • Handle all types of office equipment such as printers, scanners, computers, etc.
    • Keep a record of leave balances of employees and report it every month.
