Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic person for the position of administrative assistant. The areas of responsibilities are:

Assist with vocational students' regular inquiries (walk-in, phone, e-mails, and Facebook) and post-visit follow-ups
Support in the counseling process and record-keeping of the visitors and potential students
Maintain records of all vocational courses and students
Assists with organizing orientation for new students about the course, GATE policies, kits, procedures, and fee structure
Collaborate with the academic department for printing certificates and issuing reference letters
Provide support in organizing training for students
