Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Carry out procurement activities as and when required
  • Maintain contact lists of regular vendors and clients
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports on daily basis
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Coordinate for the repairs of office equipment and assets.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings and re-ordering supplies
