Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
Carry out procurement activities as and when required
Maintain contact lists of regular vendors and clients
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Submit and reconcile expense reports on daily basis
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Coordinate for the repairs of office equipment and assets.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings and re-ordering supplies

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree
More than 3 years of experience as administrative assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
Own two-wheeler and driving license required
