Job Description

We are recruiting a full-time contractor for the position of Administration Officer to support an Australian Chartered Accounting & Financial Services firm. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and has a positive, can-do attitude. Candidates must be self-driven and can work remotely from home with stable internet connection and bring their own IT equipment. Prior experience working in a similar role is highly valued but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ASIC Compliance & Entity Setups
  • ATO Lodgement
  • Assisting the overall team with accounting duties when required
  • Billing, Proposal and Engagement Management
  • Bookkeeping
  • Correspondence and communication with clients via email and phone
  • Database management through the CRM
  • Developing and implementing new administrative systems
  • Liaison with government departments via email, phone and portals
  • Records management and e-Filing
  • Any other research and admin tasks as required to support the team
