Job Description

Empire Sports Management Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. This is a mid-level position, ideal for someone with previous experience in administrative roles and looking to take the next step in their career.

As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within our organization. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing office operations, including maintaining office supplies, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and clients
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Managing and updating company databases and filing systems
  • Assisting with budget management and tracking expenses
  • Providing general administrative support to the team as needed

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as strong attention to detail. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with office equipment are also required.
