Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Administrative and Operations Officer who will oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient office management and operational success. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage both people and processes, and the experience necessary to optimize workflows within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Organize office layout and coordinate office space for optimal use.

2. Staff Support:

  • Support HR in onboarding new employees, including managing office equipment and workspace setup.
  • Assist in coordinating staff meetings, training sessions, and other corporate events.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain and manage internal records, documents, and files.
  • Prepare regular reports (financial, operational, etc.) for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

4. Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Facilitate communication within the organization and ensure efficient distribution of information.

5. Budget Management:

  • Assist in budgeting for administrative expenses and maintain records of expenditures.

6. Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for office supplies, equipment, and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, G Suite)

Requirement

  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
  • Should be able to work independently and with team as well.
  • Willingness to upgrade oneself.
  • Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel outside Kathmandu Valley.
  • Must have 2 wheelers vehicle with valid license.
  • Must be proficient in writing, speaking and typing both English and Nepali language.
