Job Description

Permanent role as a computer-based admin assistant working from the comfort of your own home liaising with a main office in the United Kingdom via Skype, email, and calls. 


  • Helping customers over the phone and email. They will have questions, and may want an update on their case. Or, you might need to contact them with an update on the work we are doing for them.
  • Talking to electrical companies. We work in tandem with these companies to assist our clients and sometimes a friendly, firm and persistent stance is needed.
  • Checking emails and making sure whatever needs to happen, happens.
  • Making sure the right customer information is in the right place.
  • Checking documents, and preparing them for clients. 

Online training will be provided to get you set up and fully up to date with the systems. Ongoing support will be provided as you require however.
