We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin / HR Officer to support the O&M organization of the Upper Trishuli-1 Hydroelectric Project. The position will assist with office administration, HR coordination, documentation, procurement support, logistics, government liaison, and general project support for the smooth operation of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration and general affairs.
- Support HR-related tasks, including attendance, leave records, onboarding, and staff documentation.
- Maintain and organize project, administrative, and legal documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, landlords, and local stakeholders.
- Support procurement, quotation collection, invoice checking, and payment documentation.
- Assist with logistics, accommodation, transportation and meeting arrangements.
- Support communication with local government offices and relevant authorities when required.
- Prepare basic reports, letters, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with Korean expatriates and local staff for administrative support.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
